BMH Type Semi Gantry Crane

BMH Type Semi Gantry Crane has a special design structure to suit various crane work situations. It can be single girder and double girder, the two ends connections are different, one side is connected and supported by the crane gantry leg travel on the ground mounted rails, another side is connected and supported by an end carriage travel on the overhead track.

Low Clearance Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Low clearance electric wire rope hoist refers to an electric hoist that reduces the distance from the bottom of the track during operation to the limit position on the hook, and places the hoist host on the side of the running track to achieve effective lifting travel. This product has the characteristics of compact structure and smooth operation, with a wide range of applications, especially in newly built buildings where the height remains unchanged. It can effectively increase the lifting height or reduce the building height while keeping the original lifting height unchanged, thereby reducing construction costs.
There are various types of low clearance structures, which can be made into 2/1 ratio form, 4/2 ratio form, and can also be made into a form where the hoist host is perpendicular to the running track. The upper limit size is also as much as 200-500mm compared to the conventional CD/MD hoist.

QN 5-16MT Grab and Lifting Electromagnet Bridge Crane

QN 5-16MT Grab and lifting electromagnet bridge crane refers to a dual-purpose double beam bridge crane that can use a hook as a lifting device or a grab bucket as a lifting device. Widely used in the loading and unloading of difficult to package granular materials, bulk cargo, and heavy materials such as steel metallurgy, power energy, factories, freight yards, warehouses, docks, etc. The lifting capacity includes 5/5, 10/10, 16/16 tons (and also undertakes the design and manufacturing of non-standard QN cranes), with a working level of A6. It is composed of a bridge, a crane operating mechanism, a trolley operating mechanism (lifting mechanism), hooks, grabs, lifting electrical equipment, etc. The machine is prohibited from use in flammable, explosive, and corrosive media environments. This product has two operating modes: ground level and control room. As a wireless remote control, ground operation can be operated in two types: open and closed. Depending on the actual situation, it can be installed on the left or right side. The entry direction has two types: side and end, to meet the needs of users in various situations.

MW84 Series Lifting Electromagnet

MW84 series lifting electromagnet has a reasonable magnetic circuit distribution and a large magnetic penetration depth, and is designed specifically for lifting steel plates. The lifting operation is safe, fast, and accurate.
Adopting a fully sealed structure, it is lightweight. The coil undergoes vacuum drying and vacuum gluing treatment, which makes the insulation less prone to aging and has a long service life.
The rectangular lifting electromagnet generates a uniform magnetic field in the length direction, so even if the steel plate is bent, it can generate stable suction. At the same time, if the magnetic control method is adopted, it can achieve control of the number of steel plates to be lifted.
The small diameter circular lifting electromagnet is designed specifically for lifting a steel plate.
Bending and deformation of steel plates during homework will affect installation and handling. Attention must be paid to the relationship between the length of the electromagnet (dimension A) and the thickness and width of the steel plate.
Considering the possible bending deformation during the lifting of long steel plates, which may affect safe handling, it is recommended to use multiple lifting electromagnets when lifting long steel plates. For medium thick plates (6mm~32mm), the spacing between lifting electromagnets should be taken as 3-4 meters, and the length of the extended parts at both ends can be taken as half of the spacing.
