YZ type Casting Bridge Crane

The YZ type casting bridge crane adopts a double beam and single trolley structure, mainly composed of a bridge, trolley, hook beam, crane operation and electrical parts. The main hook lifting device is a fixed spacing hook beam, used to lift the molten steel ladle, and the auxiliary hook is used to cooperate with the main hook to pour molten steel, steel slag, and other auxiliary lifting operations.

The operating mechanism and main electrical equipment of the crane are installed inside the main beam, and a cold air fan is installed in the electrical room of the main beam. In order to reduce the thermal radiation of molten steel on metal structural components, insulation panels are installed at the bottom of the main beam along the span direction.

The operating mechanism of the crane adopts a four corner drive form.

The crane is equipped with a matching electronic scale, and there are obvious display devices in the driver's cab and on the bridge frame

QDY Electric Double Beam Bridge Metallurgical Crane

QDY electric double beam bridge metallurgical crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal in metallurgical, casting and other places. The working level of the whole machine is A7, and an insulation layer device is added at the bottom of the main beam. The assembly and testing of the crane comply with the Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine General Administration's document No. 375 [2007]. Other places for lifting molten non-metallic materials and lifting hot solid metals can also refer to the selection. (Note: H0 in the following figure represents the height added to the buffer of the large vehicle. H0 ≤ 250)

Environmental conditions:

  • The power supply of the crane is three-phase AC, with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V;
  • The working environment temperature is -10~+60 ℃;
  • The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a temperature of+40 ℃;
