1. Can overhead bridge cranes be used outdoors?

The overhead cranes can be operated in idle operation and ground operation. Idle operation is cab operation. 2.Difference between overhead bridge cranes and gantry cranes

• Structure and working mode

Overhead bridge cranes are composed of main girder, motor, winch, large traveling, small traveling, etc.. Some of them can use electric hoist, some use winch, the size depends on the actual tonnage. There are also double girder and single girder overhead cranes. Large tonnage cranes generally use double girder.

• Working mood

Overhead cranes with high working level are generally used metallurgical cranes, this working level is higher, good performance, while energy consumption is relatively low, in line with environmental standards.

Portal crane working level is generally A3, which is for general portal cranes, for large tonnage, customers have special requirements of the working level can be adjusted to A5 or A6, energy consumption is relatively high, in line with environmental standards.
