Lifting Electromagnet for Salvage

Salvage lifting electromagnet. Its excitation mode can be: constant voltage mode, strong excitation mode and overexcitation mode. The products have different pertinences. Please refer to the selection guide to choose the one suitable for underwater handling of cast iron ingots, steel balls and various scrap steel.

1. When the temperature of the material sucked by the lifting electromagnet for salvage is lower than 100℃, please use a normal temperature lifting electromagnet; if the temperature exceeds 100℃, please use a high temperature lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 600℃, please use an ultra-high temperature lifting electromagnet.
2. The ambient temperature of the lifting electromagnet for salvage: normal temperature type -5℃~40℃, high temperature type -5℃~50℃. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.
3. Supporting equipment of lifting electromagnet for salvage: When using a single unit, select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current); when using multiple units in combination, select according to the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units in use.
4. When lifting materials in water, please use a submersible type (diving depth not more than 100m). The parameters of the submersible lifting electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. If the user needs a submersible type, please specify when ordering.
5. When the power-on duration exceeds 60%, please use a high-frequency lifting electromagnet.
