Description
Container lifting device refers to a specialized lifting device for loading and unloading containers, which is connected to the top corner fittings of the container through the rotary locks at the four corners of its end crossbeam. The opening and closing of the rotary locks are controlled by the driver for container loading and unloading operations.
Features
- The main frame of container lifting equipment has high strength, good rigidity, and light self weight. The main beam of the lifting device is made of I-beam, and strengthened at the four key lifting points and cantilevers, thereby enhancing the bearing capacity and rigidity of the lifting device.
- The rotary lock adopts a dual positioning device, which prevents the lifting device from rotating when lifting the container, enhancing safety performance.
- The horizontal transmission rod of the lifting device adopts a four link mechanism, which makes the rotation of the rotary lock smoother and more accurate, thereby further improving the safety of loading and unloading operations.
