Description
The KPD series is a 36V single-phase (three-phase) low-voltage rail-powered intelligent transport flat car. It uses rail busbars for power supply, and the ground step-down transformer control cabinet steps down the single-phase (three-phase) AC 380V to single-phase (three-phase) 36V, which is fed to the flat car through the rail busbars, and then the wheels take power, which is converted into DC through the rectifier, and the DC controller controls the DC motor (YZ hoisting metallurgy motor in the case of three-phase) to provide power.
Features
Because it does not use cables, it is safe and reliable, not afraid of scalding, not afraid of smashing, and does not hinder cross-transportation. It is easy to realize control and automation, which brings great convenience to the transportation layout of the factory area. However, its track construction requirements are relatively high, and the track insulation must be guaranteed. When the running distance exceeds a certain distance, the track should be added with copper bar compensation wires. When the running distance is long, the number of step-down transformers must be increased. Since the starting current flowing through the track when the KPD flat car starts is very large (up to 1000A), the maximum load tonnage of the single-phase KPD flat car is 80 tons. When the load is more than 80 tons, a three-phase 36V low-voltage track power supply is used, and the YZ lifting metallurgical motor is used.
