Description

KPJ series electric flat car is a cable reel powered electric flat car. There is a cable drum on the electric flat car. The cable drum is a spring and magnetic coupling cable drum to ensure that the cable is force-free and evenly arranged and untied (there is an automatic cable arrangement device for more than 50m). The cable drum supplies 380V power to the special motor on the flat car, and the motor drags the flat car to run smoothly through the reducer. When the flat car is running, the cable drum automatically rolls up or unwinds the cable. Affected by the power supply length of the reel, the maximum running distance is generally less than 200m.

The wheels are special wheels for cranes, the wheels are ZG55, the overall quenching, the hardness of the wheel tread and the inner side of the rim is HB320-380, and the depth is 20mm; the wheel axle is made of No. 45 steel with quenching and tempering heat treatment, the bearing seat is ZG45, and the bearing is a radial roller bearing. The axial automatic micro-alignment of the bearings can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full-load conditions and the deviation of the lateral parallelism of the track, ensuring the balance of the flat car running on the track and improving the service life.
