The hydraulic magnet lift, also known as a lifting suction cup or hydraulic lifting device, is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery, and transportation for lifting ferromagnetic materials such as steel. It is suitable for handling cast iron ingots, steel balls, and various types of scrap steel. It uses magnetic force to firmly grip ferromagnetic workpieces and is used for flat suction of steel bars, scrap iron, as well as for scrapping cars, ships, steel structures, and more. Suction cups are classified into two types based on the source of magnetic force: hydraulic suction cups and electric suction cups.

Features
  1. The magnetic material of the electromagnet is made of low-carbon steel, which allows the working air gap to reach the maximum magnetic field. The magnetic force distribution on the entire magnetic pole surface of the electromagnet is very uniform. Therefore, it can achieve a large suction to weight ratio.
  2. Electromagnetic iron is more scientifically and reasonably designed through computer optimization of magnetic circuits.
  3. The electromagnetic coil adopts a low-temperature rise design, with small changes in suction force between cold and hot states. The coil wire is made of high-quality oxide film flat aluminum strip, with an insulation grade of C, ensuring the service life of the coil.

Lifting Magnet
A device with an iron core inside and using a coil with current to make it magnetic like a magnet is called an electromagnet. This type of electromagnet has magnetism when powered on, but disappears when powered off. Electromagnets have extremely wide applications in daily life. Electrical control cabinet
The Electrical control cabinet adopts a three wire two phase half wave rectification method, and uses the energy storage of the electromagnet to control reverse demagnetization during discharge. This product has the characteristics of simple circuit, compact structure, small volume, and light weight. DKP-A is a three wire two half wave rectifier control equipment. When the grid voltage is too high or too low, adjusting the potentiometer can adjust the output voltage within 170-240V, so that the output voltage is basically close to 220V
Cable drum
