Description
MW22 series lifting electromagnet, the most widely used series whose shape is rectangle especially suitable for lifting and transporting billet, steel ingot, bloom, etc., and round, profiled steel as well. Different magnetic circuits are designed for different steels.
Features
- The magnetic material of the electromagnet is made of low-carbon steel, which allows the working air gap to reach the maximum magnetic field. The magnetic force distribution on the entire magnetic pole surface of the electromagnet is very uniform. Therefore, it can achieve a large suction to weight ratio.
- Electromagnetic iron is more scientifically and reasonably designed through computer optimization of magnetic circuits.
- The electromagnetic coil adopts a low-temperature rise design, with small changes in suction force between cold and hot states. The coil wire is made of high-quality oxide film flat aluminum strip, with an insulation grade of C, ensuring the service life of the coil.
